For deliveries within Cairo and Giza, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be delivered.
For deliveries within the Delta region and Alexandria, please allow up to 5 days for your order to be delivered.
For deliveries within Upper Egypt and Sinai, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be delivered.
Return :
Products can be changed or returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
The order will not be changed or returned if the package has been opened, according to the Consumer Protection Agency’s terms and conditions regarding the change or return of perfumes and cosmetics.
The returned product should be handed over in person at one of our Team for inspection. We apologize for not accepting any returns by shipping.
Cases where the product cannot be changed or returned:

If a return is requested outside the specified period of 14 days.
If the product has been used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
Anything missing from the package you received, including the original packaging. Products with opened retail packaging (sealed box/stretch wrap/outer cellophane).
