Processing time

Processing time usually takes from 2 to 3 days from the time the order was placed. (Processing does NOT mean shipping time, we are referring to the time it takes to pack your order). Processing takes place from Saturday to Thursday. Orders are not processed on weekends and major official holidays in Egypt. Once the order is fulfilled, an order confirmation email with your order information and tracking number will be sent to your email.

Local Shipping “Egypt”

Mystic Melange covers shipping to all parts of Egypt. Local shipping usually takes from 2 to 7 days from the time the order was placed. (Processing does NOT mean shipping time, we are referring to the time it takes to prepare your order). The expected arrival time for your shipment is (processing time + shipping time).

For deliveries within Cairo and Giza, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be delivered.
For deliveries within the Delta region and Alexandria, please allow up to 5 days for your order to be delivered.
For deliveries within Upper Egypt and Sinai, please allow up to 7 days for your order to be delivered.

*Shipping may in increase by 2 days in rush seasons*

International Shipping (Soon)

We use Fedex for worldwide shipping, and it usually takes from 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination. (Shipping time subject to change during major Egyptian holidays). For international shipping, we currently do not deliver our products to four countries: Russia due to armed conflict.Palestine and Israel due to security concerns. (Processing does NOT mean shipping time, we are referring to the time it takes to prepare your order). The expected arrival time for your shipment is (processing time + shipping time).
